On July 4th weekends, sporting lawn chairs, blankets and a cooler of wine and cheese... we love to venture uphill, nestle among cool-scented evergreens, and daydream to a celebration of music by the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra - performing below.

One year, as it began to rain, the hillside was suddenly transformed by umbrellas sprouting into a sea of colour cresting at a mogul-white tent- from which flowed an undaunted and inspiring " Symphony in the Rain".
