Wine Country Culinary Weekends will be held on December 12 and
13, 1998, February 6 and 7, 1999 and March 20 and 21, 1999.
The price is $100 per person, exclusive of accommodation, and
reservations are required. A referral service is available for
accommodations by calling 1 (800) 582-8412.

Hillebrand's New
Year's Eve
Welcome in the New Year with a candlelight dinner of wine country
cuisine, overlooking the icewine vineyards from the cozy confines of Hillebrand's
Vineyard Café. There are two seatings available,
with the second including live music, dancing and party favors.
The price is $60 per person for the first seating, $100 for the second.
Reservations are required.

Robert Burns Dinner
Hillebrand invites you to don your family tartan (or just one you like)
and celebrate the famed Scotsman. The price is $60 per person, including
a special theme menu, traditional ceremonies, Scottish dancers, and musical
entertainment. Reservations are required.

of the Grape and Wine Festival's Xerox "Images of Winter" Icewine event,
we will be featuring 3 vintages of Icewine at our Tasting Bar. Cost - $7.00
and you take home the ISO tasting glass etched with the Stonechurch Vineyards
logo.

Stonechurch "Cooking
With Wine."
Learn about how and when to incorporate wine into cooking your favorite
dishes: from 12:00 - 3:00 in our retail store. Chef Peter Ochitwa from
Mad Apples Restaurant in Toronto, will be on hand to show you the subtle
and effective differences wine can make. No Charge.
February 6th & 7th
Stonechurch Kick off
the "Days of Wine and Roses" with the annual 'Bread and Wine Pairing' taking
place at the individual wineries of Niagara-on-the-Lake. Each winery sources
a unique bread and pairs it with wine. Cost - $2.00/person.
February 7&8, 14&15, and 21&22
The Days of Wine And Roses
Drive the scenic wine route and visit each of the wineries as they
present individual special events and tastings to celebrate these three
special weekends in February. For Information: please call the wineries
themselves, or check the internet for their individual web-sites.

Seminars on Niagara's Famous Icewine will be conducted throughout the
weekend, paired with tastings of Reif
Estate Icewine.

"There's been a 'murder' at the winery and as our guests you may be
suspect!!! As the details of the crime are revealed, enjoy a sumptuous
feast created by Chef Peter Ochitwa, hopefully by the time dessert is served
you will solve the mystery. Cost - $75.00/person.

Estates this year. An ever-popular event, Hillebrand's Vineyard Café
is now offering its Valentine dinner on February 12 and 13, as well as
February 14, 1999. The price is $60 and reservations are required.

with Chef Peter Ochitwa of Mad Apples Restaurant in Toronto joins us
at the BBQ from 12 - 3. Peter will be creating savory delights in the great
ourdoors while you mingle by the fire inside and enjoy cooking demonstrations

Experts' Tasting: An Examination of Ontario Chardonnay
in the Nineties
The Experts' Tasting will provide an analysis of recent developments
in Chardonnay winemaking techniques within a retrospective context. A number
of different styles will be highlighted. The Experts' Tasting will be conducted
under the auspices of Brock University's Cool Climate Oenology and Viticulture
Institute. Invitation Only.

Cuvée on Route
Cuvée En Route will feature a series of private, educationally-oriented
tastings . Your Friday Cuvée Gala Evening
Ticket will be your Passport for free admission. A number of the wineries
will also be hosting elegant luncheons and dinners throughout Cuvée
weekend. Each event is individually priced. All tastings and special events
must be directly booked with the wineries. Dates and times can be found
within the Cuvée En Route brochure.A passport to Cuvée En
Route is Available for $20.00 if no Cuvée Evening Gala ticket is
